You have done all you can do except present the CC company with a copy of the police report and ask that the account be closed and removed from your credit reports. IF that does not happen then go to an Atty and have he or she to send them a letter, using their letterhead gets attention SOMETIMES, asking the company to remove the info or you will file suit if the false info is ever used to deny you credit. Seeing that she has done this before it doesnt seem like it looks good for her. She will probably have to go to jail and pay the money back to the credit card company.
